Love this one, IMO one of the most underrated night tracks released to date!           Cuntus Maximus.

Indeed Mike.

I guess the track was made in wrong period, maybe too much inovation.

Astrix´s style sample voices, typical K-BBB groove from mid 2000´s, no melody and a catchy sample-loop. Must say also that reminds Cosma for me.

the Aztec track is super ......takes me back to Boom Festival 2000

"There are opportunities in life for gaining knowledge and experience. Sometimes it is necessary to take a risk."

Yep, solid top.
What I hate is that it is really hard to mix these tracks with todays' music. Lots of EQ and volume difficulties, I always try it in my sets and the results are unpredictable. Any tips on that?

Classic and twisted sample!

My tip when trying to mix older tracks with modern ones is to check the kick. At that time the kick were more diverse. Today´s kicks are very similar to each other: or the "thick" sine wave one (Infected style), or the "fat" sine wave one (GMS style).

If its just for fun, try decreasing the highs on the modern tracks. It will make the sound kind of "blured", but thats how the tracks sounded back in time immo.           LOADING...

Interesting...
The bass of some tracks with todays' production level can eat whole old tracks for breakfast. To guess the correct system volume based on the earphones is sometimes impossible to me.
