arcadia is throwing a party in Nagoya I believe in the beginning of March...maybe the 13th or something...it is with space tribe last time I heard...check out there website though. |

Hi my friends. I've got info on two parties, one promising to be a underground psy trance and the other a psygressive (as is in the flyer):
Todoroki Underground Psy Party
DJs/artists:
Morio (catana)
Kage aka Noise Gust (Nabi records)
Nob (rust-remove)
Yo-Ko (murder mind)
Venue/price:
Sound Bar POD (in sakae), very close to the Tokyu Hands Sakae. 052-953-0393, www.noise-gust.ne.nu. 2,000 adv or 2,500 door plus one drink
2005.2.04 (friday)
Well, the flyer says that Morio has a punk, hardcore background. And I've heard his fame, must expect something very unusual.
the other party I've just lost the flyer (errr... sorry!), but I can remember the basic infos:
Atmos is coming to play with other 8 japanese DJs. There will be a "fusion floor", with different sounds.
Venue: Pleasure Zone in Imaike
Date/price: 05.01.29 (next saturday), 4.000/ adv or 4,500/door plus one drink.
This party will gather the best Nagoya DJs such as Gyro, Kagiwo and others. Atmos alone is worth going.
PS. Both parties starts at 22:00.

boy, atmos!! lookin forward to him play.. smooth prog.. i luv his bass beats... really soft but heavy vibe touch to it... hope he makes killer sounds at his party!! tokyo on friday, then nagoya on saturday ey?

Atmos was incredibly wonderful(he sent everydody out in space with Rawnwelt Signal)! those who have been saying that progressive is getting weak would be surprised to see people enjoy it a lot , because it's great to dance. And what's better, you don't get tired of dancing.There was no line-up list to be seen, but I believe that Dj So and the last one were simply unbeliveable!! I wonder where these guys got those tracks...people kept shouting, hands in the air and the mood was so good, it reminded me of the old days!
great party! One of the best I'be been!

Sounds like it was a smoooth nite! Really wished I could`ve seen Atmos *sigh* Atmos daisuki! Glad those of you who went had a good one.

BTW, can someone tell us who was the DJ that played the last hours? He was incredible! A lot of people who were going away (around 5:00 am) after Atmos set, just returned to the dance floor. His treacks were contagious. His set was magic, based I guess, in techno and haaaard house! Me, his fan, whoever he is.

Nice to meet you,goa-ganges.
The last dj on the main floor was me,I played from
4:30(after ATMOS play) to the end of party.
I'm so happy that you are intersted in my djing,
and thank you so much and appreciate that.
I always play at the party around Nagoya;
such as planetary nation,feb,and organize of
experience addiction & 8bit.

Hi goa-ganges,
It was Starcase track,is called 'the other side of the line' from Hope recordings,out on 1999.
Please check,but unfortunetely it is so hard to get
this one,seems that unreleased on cd,only 12'.
But that track is so good for smooth and take burning down people to the next stage,
so used to play sometimes for my morning set,
and fortunetely Organizers in Nagoya always give
morning hours for me.
So we have the chance for dance for this track
at the open air party in the morning!
We hope that this will be soooooon,
anyway today is so cold to have a outdoor party...
