It's sad to see such things happening on both ends. Sometimes shit does happen, and it throws a lot of stuff off kilter... I'm also one of those on the fucked over frightmares list, but even then I still agreed to give him another track. Why?? Perhaps I believe in giving him the benefit of the doubt to come correct, eventually. If I had known Gill that you didn't get a copy of Frightmares, I would have saved my copy for you since I'm in Brussels right now and could have dropped it off to you.
I've known Nik for a lot of years throughout a lot of shit, but I beleive in giving everyone a chance to deal with their situations. Sometimes it may take what seems to be forever to get it fully resolved, but in the end it is the action of actually fixing things and not just saying, "Since I got screwed, so you do too, oh well"
Not everything is going to run smoothly... and honestly if you are expecting a bunch of money, I think you might be in the wrong genre... however if you do want to get your music heard and just show your musical vision then do just that.
