Man Im curious too ! I tried looking threw some stuff, my guess was something german . I was thinking Shiva chandra maybe.. but no its too "linear", not exactly his style.. But I dont think its 98. ..post 2001 . What ever it is its a good track.
You should try putting this in the appropriate section of this forum called Unidentified. Its in the help section. you might get more attention.
