i had the same problem 2 years ago on both arms, as i was constantly working or making music ..... i bought me a giroball to make some training - but i lost it somewhere ... it finaly stoppt after beeing at boom festival and not beeing able to touch a keyboard or a mouse for some days ..
i dont have this problem anymore - i guess making enough coffe breaks and spinning the devil stick arround every once in a while does the trick for me hehe
still i would suggest to make nice templates and shortcuts and all kinds of things that will make your workflow easier so there wont be to many clicks you have to do for a simple task !

Having worked in audio production for 15 years I have also developed some RSI. I can say that if you have a problem do not ignore it go to see a doctor. Also I found this has completely controlled my problems:
Search for : AirO2Bic Quill Mouse
Excellent, but expensive product. Ultimately me being able to work properly is worth the price.
cheers
