my virus ti patches have gone crazy???

just turned on my virus ti snow this morning and when i play a patch especially arps they have gone all crazy and wont sync to anything,ive installed the new os and still the same problem?? has anybody else experienced this problem??

1. Unplug everything
2. Hold down TAP TEMPO and plug in the power. Let go of TAP TEMPO.
3. After the load screen, plug in the USB. Wait 10 secs.
4. Open your DAW, test, and report.

just found out it is cubase 4 ,just downloaded fl8 and it was ok so i am just installing cubase 4 again ...what a pain in the ass
