in the gearslutz link you can see pictures of ppl building their own traps and shape their rooms , studios etc
also huge amount of discussions about acoustic problems solving and some very professionals on acoustics hang out there like Ethan Winner and are very argueable too, youll probably find all the answers and tips you need before you have to really ask for something, make a little search cause its one of the most important things, if not the most and very underrated by lots of people unfortunately.

Thanks for your help, I just have a final question that seems to have gone unnoticed
Is a treated studio liveable ? I mean, if I treat the studio I live in, will it drive me nuts after a while ? |

probably well i dont think so, i mean youre not going to make a dead room (room without reflections at all) to feel weird when being inside, you can at least focus on the front side to have a nice aspect and try to focus on the mix position more than anything,, if its not a dedicated room for mixing you have to compromise, i know it sucks but we cant have it all
