The first one sounds really immature. The Dist guitar needs much more work.
The second starts pretty good, but needs more fx and devlopment.           "a new art came into my mind which only you can create, the Art of Noises, the logical consequence of your marvelous innovations." Russolo, 1913

well I really have to agree with you. I made those songs a while ago, and altough I have evolved my skills and my musicality, I still don't have (yet) the equip / time / money to remake them as I wish.

For instance I recorded the guitar straight from the FX pedal, a shitty zoom 505. The way I want it is in studio, with a good amp and some serious fx pedal.. u know what i mean... anyway what i really want to know is if it is worth it to remake those songs as soon as i restart makin some music again

It doesn't alaways matter if the equipment you have is shitty pedal or professional amp, it more important what do you do with it.
I would go with the second track and find a lead first.
