I don't feel this is Hi Tech but anyway it's a nice goaish track 
I liked your way of "ordering out of order", special section from 5:15, love morphing ideas.
Maybe the only complain I would give it's about the main beat (Kick, bass, percussion), IMO bass can flow better by cleaning it up more and for percussion you may add some brightness usind exciters or eq.
