It's interesting, but trance it ain't... more like some kind of weird experimental EBM track from the 80's 
It gets better around 2/3 of the way through where the cheesy synth bassline is dropped and the percussion gets heavier. Stick with this and skip the weird baby samples, bass synth, and eastern instruments and the track would be WAY better.
My advice would be to go listen to more trance and you'll know why this doesn't fit.
