Well I am not a "pro", but that is definitely a masterpiece. So many layers and intelligence in different parts. For example I like in the end the "double bass drum triplet", that transforms into a raising pitch uplift, I suppose it even sounds like it might have lower and upper frequency.
You could analyse this for ages , (btw.. how did I miss so good IM tune... , I suppose I should listen also to the new disks..)

It starts with delayed drums, a voice part, than a snare comes in. Some other noises join at 4.35. And drums rise in volume, and are following faster after eachother. k k k k --> kkkkk etc; one string/ pad sound that is rising in pitch. Make that 2 of those. Another string comes in that also rises its melody in pitch. And all goes bhang!
Basically all elements rise in something. In pitch in volume or in speed.
Good luck

They've got good build ups in VD indeed and it's genius shit all through, but at the same time it's a bit tiring to listen with monitors as it's mixed/mastered to work in venues and many sound systems; talking about commercial mastering and issues on dynamics with good pair of speaker. I would like to have "more breathable" versions for home listening. Do we need that hard limiting/maximizing these days as you can find a decent sound system almost everywhere.
