Ok after you'r all help (thx) I decided to spend my 2500 nis this way:
1. I will buy a simple midi keyboard (around 1100 nis)
2. I think about adding some ram to my pc (I have p800 with 128 ram)
So my quastions are: If I will add ram to 512 does it will impruve alot my cubase perfomance ??? Also with 76 latency will I be able to use my midi keyboard or I need to buy a better card with the money that will left (I have now soundblaster PCI 128)?
Please wise people, help me !!!! |

1. If you use win98, RAM bigger than 256 won't make much of a difference.
2. You'll be banging your head against the wall if you'll try to use a midi controller in 76 ms latency. SB 128 is not an option for music making.

Man, go for SB live and download KX drivers. That will reduce the latency.
Everyone in the world is doing something without me |
