the previews are around 1:40-2:00 long.

all tracks were made during summer-autumn and beginning of winter 2005.

Woha, this is great stuff! Really love Body Mechanics! Like some of the other tracks too, but some are on the border to cheesy imo. but I really like your stylre, real fresh foresttrance!

psychedelic_devotion:

Well, to be a bit historical here, i want to point out that just a few years ago, anything above 145 was considered "too fast" or "simply not enjoyable"

and when i made these tracks, i still hadn't seen or heard One psytrance oriented track that was above 148
and right about now there are some 156'ers out there.

and i've played a number of gigs where it's been quite successful, up to the 170+ mark abouts. thats where people start to get really tired. but it also depends greatly on the crowd.

at the moment, personaly, i enjoy 138 bpm but thats now, and these tracks were 6 months ago

If you want to hear my latest things, check out "my 2006 tracks" post that i posted about the same time as this one. there's not a track above 140 there.

I upriciate you listening to them though

Fraggletrollet: Thanks i like body mechanics alot too, but the preview really doesnt show its fullness, unfortunatly i discovered too late that i picked well, fills and buildsups in it, and only one part thats actualy "substancial"

I like cheesy it rocks on the right occasion
and im so fucking tired of "killah lets murder people" trance. it's fucking childish bullshit if you ask me even if it's mostly "for fun" it's still got a tone that rings of highschool-disco-wanna-be-cool syndrome. (if there's anything like that)

I can totally relate to what your saying, but there is a difference between standard fullon dark murder killah rape psy and quality hardcore night-music

Anyways, I feel that Body-mechanics has alot of the same qualities as some good swedish forest-trance like Procs and Derango, even tough it has its own style.

Anyways, I sent you a PM

RenderingRebel, too fast for...? you?

i've found tempo and speed to be quite relative, once you step out of your usual steps.
but well, you Do get very fucking tired after dancing to it for an hour. very true but thats also a bit relative, coz your body aint used to it

and i also go with 135/140 nowdays
