Hi,
Don't know if its got here already, anyways.
IsmIsm (bazzism maker) has released a new plugin: MusicX. http://ismism.de/
It's a Multiband Compressor with SideChain compatibility.
What can you do?
You put the plugin into the inserts of bass and kick. Switch the one on the kick to "send" and the one on the bass on "receive". Now you can choose which of the compressor bands of the plugin on the bass is being controled by the kicks amplitude. In other words everytime there is a kick you can lower only the frequencies of the bassline that actually interfere with the kick.
Result: Very precise control
It's awsome. It's a sidechain multiband compressor but this in its nature works similar to a sidechain EQ, since you can cut or raise single bands.
The possibilities are endless. Pads whose low frequencies pump together with the kick and at the same time the highend of the pad controled by a drumloop.
You can have different senders for one receiver, each band can have its own.
PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!
BUY IT, God dammed!!!!!!!!!! Bazzism has been widely used from almost everybody I knew and at that time the guy had sold 10 pieces.
Buy the software, really, nobody else is doing it, you have to do it. The more people buy the software, also bazzism, the more time he can put into the development and the sooner all the request can be ruled out.
I have done the betatesting for MusicX too. I did not have any problems on my testsystem with cubase 4 and 5 but I'm sure that on other systems there will be problems. We did our best to rule out all bugs, but we couldn't find anyones on our systems. You can be sure, that ismism will do its best to rule out all bugs of REGSITERED customers, if you just report them.

I just saw the price myself. It's not little, I admit that. But I know how much work was put into it and how low sales of software usually are, so I understand the pricing. The work has to be payed somehow.
If you think it's too much, but would go for it at a lower price, mail ismism and explain yourself.
