I'm looking for some music that will help me grieve and get over the loss of my sister. Nothing anyone can ever say is going to come close to easing the pain. Music and time is the greatest healer IMO.           missing plug-in

I'm so so sorry for your loss, friend. Really sucks to read this now. I hope you and your family is doing Ok and that you have eachother in these hard times. I don't know if I met your sister but I remember meeting your mom and dad and they where wonderful persons (like you) and I know your sister was too! (Bom Bolenath)

Much love and tears from Norway <3

Terribly sad for your loss and I know from what my wife has and is going through over the last 4 years from her father's sudden death that time truly is all that can help, but music often helps to express the grief you feel.

Here are her 3 songs she listens to when she is missing her Dad:

We saw this singer live last year, she is amazing and makes me proud to be an Aussie:

This was played at my wife's father's funeral:

And this one by Chris Martin as his wife watched her father die as well. When we saw them live it was amazing as he stepped off the stage to where we were at the barrier and he reached over and held my wife's hands as she sat crying in her wheelchair at the end of this track

I hate you, you hate me, we are all so hap hap happy!

I've embarrassedly realized for a while now, but just to make it clear. I mistook you for being another member on this board when I wrote this. Still it hurts and I wish you all the best love in the world. hopefully we can meet the next time I'm in India like we planned at my last visit.

Akhil, my deepest sympathies are with you and your family. I trust your dear sister is in a peaceful place, and hope you have gained the strength to come to terms with your loss.

Here is a beautiful piece called "As the deer..". Classical guitar by Jim Greeninger.

My friend, I know how you feel.

So here's the one of the most emotional pieces ever.
Piano only.
Keith Jarrett.
