I havnt followed the psytrance scene in 4-5 years now and there must be so much new music that I've missed.
Im much into digicult, vibe tribe, space tribe, astrix and others with lots of melodies. A hard pumping bassline and lots of melodies is what im looking for, do you guys have anything new to recomend for me produced 2007-2012.

Yes abducted you can say:) at 2003 i was much into the psytrance scene with friends and all, everyone enjoyed it, much drugs was involved and so on. But then we split up, i found new friends and the psytrance drow away because no one else liked it. I've always loved the trance but i had to keep it for my own but still slowley i went over to house music which everyone else was listening to. just to fit in. but recently i met a girl who also enjoys electronical music and slowley i got my interests back to the psychedelic music since its the only music i really can get into a trance state with. i guess i still will listen to psytrance when im 80 and retierd at my rest-home.

that happens to most of society, like for ie. now fashion speaks dubstep, even the god damn car commercials have a dubstep background track in them, so everyone 'slowly' shifts towards the dubstep scene, listening to skrillex and all, i even have some friends that just started listening dubstep just to fit in, like you had to, shame really.

The whole idea behind Goa/Psy has vanished over the past few years because it has been exposed to far too many people and has grown a lot so the changes are obviously shifting towards commercialism and exposure etc. Hence why all the shit music that's coming out of the scene these days.
Gone are the days when it was about Unifying and bringing people together and all about freedom and uniqueness, peace and love and above all respect!
We are all built to self destruct - a good thing never last forever.
Duck Dubstep and frog trance it is then!
