I'm thinking of leaving cubase SX 1 after i started working on it two months ago,
i'm not sure if going to nuendo, cubase SX 2 or Logic,
i use to work with cubase 5 VST for few years but i don't want to go back to this version,
I know some of you say that this software it's only a tool to express what we have in our head, but i think that it's also important to feel good and comfort with the software you working with.
So what is your suggestion??

it's all about cubase sx, emagic logic or digidesigns pro tools..
try them all (maybe you won't need pro tools) and decide what is good for you, in your opinion.
sincerely, /tomas. |

but ask if anyone's happy with cubase sx 2, u'll get like 0 replies.

I am happy with sx 2 and i know lots of people similarly happy.... and I dont even use the freeze function. I used to have a very annoying problem in sx 1 where audio tracks would take up to 30 seconds to be created/moved around/deleted in a large project. That problem has gone (for me) in sx 2, so I now work MUCH faster hoorah!
hehe maybe you wont get many replies because sx 2 users are so hard at work! |

sx 2 works way better than sx 1 for me too, but well, you should still check out logic

Oh YAT, I'm so understand it,
Since i left cubase 5, i'm not finished even one track with the SX 1,
it's not a technical problems(it's very easy) it's just the way i feeling with the sx
why the hell steinberg had to change every fucking thing? i don't understand it. - could'nt they just add some features and improve few things?
yumade i think i will take your advice and try the logic, what version is the latest one? - does it support all the DX plugins and VST Instrument?
Tnx guys
