Hi!
I was wondering if anyone here makes music for sleeping and relaxing! with repeating sounds though without percussion! Mainly soundscapes that evolve with Tweaking of FX and other expression of the instruments....
whats your thoughts on this, do you like that kind of ambient music!
Do you think people would use it to meditate and relax, sleep?
Any thoughts on this would be interesting for me!
Sleep well! |

I don't make it myself yet, but as some stage I hope to at least give it an honest go. It's a lot more difficult than it sounds anyway from my experience.
I love this:

Listening right now and I'm suitably impressed. It's a bit busier than what I was thinking of... well not all of it.
Anyway, keep up the good work... whoever you are
p.s. I don't use this music for sleeping, far from it The buzzing sound in my fish tank does the job fine. but yes I do find it very relaxing. |

A bit pricey but they're supposed to be good. A friend gave me the awakening prologue, i still haven't found time to dedicate to it though.

Thank you soulfood! Yes its a bit busier than most ambient i guess, though i hope not too much, i try and keep it interesting by using the mixer as a tool and also FX, im just trying to find my way to a good live setup. Its kind of difficult knowing what kind of line to keep... but i think it will be a mix of melodic elements and in the future more abstract soundscapes underneath.
Will for sure keep up the work! Hope you get going aswell with some ambient, would be nice to hear...
