Hi all,
so I tried go all out and get as melodic as possible without crossing the fine line to cheese. This is the result, I juxtaposed the in your face melodies with a low-fi broken beat for contrast, I`m actually quite proud of this U must humbly admit, hahhaha Anyways, let me know what you think, its still WIP, all feeback is welcome

Nice intro.
I love the crackeling build at 0.30.
Got abit of a dubby vibe.
Full lo fi feeling in a very nice warm way.
Beautiful pad in the break, but i think it blends little bit wierd at 3.48 with the other synth(just at 3.48 after that it sounds good).
I cant find any cheese in it at all, just a nice melodic n atmospheric vibe.
I liked it alot, one of my favorite tracks from you!.
Guess im a girley man

I dont understand what do you mean with "girley man music"
are you sugesting that all the man who enjoy melodical stuff are gay or something?
or perhaps, the contrary, are you one of thouse idiots who dress them selfs like a metalheads and ear hardcore stuff just to claim they are "MAN´s"
either way... because i really dont care about what you think
i´m gona just tell you my thoughts about your tune HONESTLY:
- i dont find it melodical....
melodic stuff came from conjuction notes, melodies are other thing than just having some drones or plain atmosferical sounds on a very borring and simple musical structure...
if your proud with this, ok... man, be happy, thats notting wrong with it, but people should only be proud when someone praise them, when they reach a certain master state or level where they realize they deserv to be proud
in your case, your tune its not that good or bad, its just a very plain raw mixed stuff but it sound very dry for an ambient oriented mix...
you need to introduce more reverb on the elements and add more instrumental variation stuff to turn the sound more intersting.

Ahem, do you know what irony is? Do you know what means? And, do you know the where "girly men" comes from? If not, Hans and Franz will "PUMP, You UP!", hahaha

seems to be hard to understand the crackling is part of the business when coming from the hyperpolished trance world
i hereby attest the thread starter that all crackling in his musical property is made completely on purpose.
now that thats clear, really cool track. kick and bass work well together, nice aesthetics. there could be some more work in the percussion/rhythm section to keep the interest all the way (yes, even though its a minimal approach) but in the end its also just taste, right other than that, great stuff.
