Well, has anyone heard this? Any thoughts about this piece of weirdness? I'm still digesting after my third listen, but can't avoid the feeling that this guy is in a league of his own.

i haven't listened to this one (didn't even know he had something new out). but even without hearing this, i'd definitely say he is in a league of his own based on his previous work. master of atmosphere.

Nice work, listened to this, saw him live too, in a church, and when he comes back, I'll definitely go check it out again.
The Versailles Sessions is something special, electronica with baroque instruments, something to put on now and then.
If you want a lot of heights, Cosmos will do it. For some more IDM stuff, you should check out his earlier albums.
There is also a more jazzy influenced one, together with Erik Truffaz : Mexico
