Waves have a plugin called MB which is a C4 but with an extra band bringing it up to 5 bands.... you never know when u r going to need that extra band

But if you use logic i think that the multiband in this is very good, better than C4 i think (it gives u gain readings on each band, can give u reduction readings on each band, has ratio control so it is a compressor anda limiter and expansion ratio too and has less processor load than C4 (if that matters to u)

but if u dont use logic then go for waves (but if you are only using it for mastering u can write the track in whatever then use logic for mastering)
