hey am really into the peculiar sound right now, can anyone recommend artists making similar sound of musik, as in very psychedelic forward pushing twilight/morning, not forced but just flowing beautifully

If you are referring to his more recent stuff, I recommend Tranan, Sound Field, Oxygen Records comps, perhaps also Audialize, Protoculture, Logic Bomb

mr peculiars sound is really special. havent come across too many artists that sound like him.
audialize , protoculture and silicon sound is the closest you can get
