well i mean this indeed is an issue wich can be solved outside of the forum!
ive had my part of not get payed by shivlinki.. and needed a time in the forum to get our money so believe me i know how it is.
but making a topic in isra asking for a cd in a very bad manner for the label its not the proper way
its not like he didnt get payed, and u can get the cd in the stores anyway if u need it so much although u want get ur money ! 
thing is tho we did get our cds from shivlink... the money was the issue but its solved now!

well u said u didnt want any money for it..
it all depends on the deal u made with the label if its a no money involved deal than asking for money afterwards its just stupid.
but if he owes u money than its up to you to decide how u act to get it.. the rights are with u!

WHy Support a label by buyin its cd , when it cant send u one copy?
