After waiting for many months , countless messages to Mr Nick Shivlink , this guy has not even sent me 1 copy of the cd i am featuring on. Initially when he took the track from me , he said its for a good cause so that Indian artists will get some recognition and hence i agreed not to take any money for this, which is fine eventhough i later found out that he did pay some artists. When i inquired about my copy he said it was not feasable to send Cd's outside India reason being they break etc.. So what does he offer? Putting up the mastered tracks on an FTP along with the cover art...wtf, i immediately denied it believing that no artist deserves this kind of treatment and sending a copy is the least a label can do,then he said he posted it to me but i never received anything , then he said he would send it with someone and nothing has happened till today.. This guy is very unprofessional in running his label , now im fedup.. but i just wanted everyone to know what kind of label it really is , showing no respect whatsoever..Please dont start labels if you cant manage it , we already have 1000 labels making releases today and we have reached a situation where many good tracks go un-noticed.. Its funny how these people ask to contribute towards the scene and in the end they F+CK you off..

Firstly your Cds are in dubai at one of my friends place .. this is wat i told you wen we spoke last no ? beeen waiting for you to contact me . .. so i could give u the details .. you did't bothered to ask me or mail after we spoke Last ..
Its a tricky business and definately hard to manage these days , its easy to write a story and show your so called Artist Attitude .. but its hard when you loose 1500-2000 euros on every release .. IT IS HARD TO MANAGE YES !!!
& thanks for the suggetions anyways
i will tell this friend of mine to send you the cds right away on ur address .. really sorry for all the troubles you had .. and we will make sure we dont bother you any more in future ..

there is something about the changing seasons that makes the forum interesting....

I dont think this is a 1 off case , becuz i had read a post of someone else who had issues with this label before , so im not the 1st victim.
I just wanted everyone to know how this label is managing their things , frankly rite now i dont care if i will get a copy or not and thats the reason i made this post.

Oh yee! like Gidra/access gremlin made the biggest mistake of contributing..
wat He Demands.. is very much Logical
why do u have to equate everything in money ?
he wants the cd.. because its very much needed for an artist who has contributed to it.
i find it rather dumb when an artist like urself(atropa) says so .. that its illogical to ask for cd.
its simple - if im part of it - i shud have it !
Show some Respect for cd VA/EP/Album ,for UR work and others as well.
I also havent been given cds by a few labels -and def dont like listenin to on Mp3s.. u want me to buy the cd im featured on?
