These are the ones I have used with no problems:
The best:
Beatport - www.beatport.com - most extensive catalogue of any digital stores. They also will ship CDs with .wav files (although shipping is $40 outside of the US)
Other good ones:
EDM Digital - www.edmdigital.com - they also offer FLAC, decent label selection, great "independent artists" section
Release Records - www.releaserecords.com - only 256 kbps, but decent selection
3Beat - www.3beatrecords.co.uk/digital - quite high prices and only offer 3BLM labels, but still decent for a few tracks here and there
Fiberline Audio - www.fiberlineaudio.com - actually a digital label (all tracks exclusive to that site). Nice progressive selection.
@ tsaeat - these stores are usually most useful for tracking down songs which are otherwise only on vinyl. For a progressive DJ who has a couple CD players in their studio (as is the case with Zombi and many others on this board), it is an infinitely valuable service.
For one, rather than spending €8-10 on a single vinyl with one or two good tracks, you can buy high-quality digital tracks at €1-2 a shot. For somebody who also uses vinyl (like myself), this greatly expands one's repertoire - especially for those on a budget. For a CD-only DJ (many psy-prog DJs), it is often the only chance to track these songs down in a form which can be played on CD.
The other big advantage - over p2p networks - is that the tracks that are sold on the stores are encoded straight from masters received from labels. Most of the previously-vinyl tracks that you can download off of p2p are first ripped from vinyl -> unavoidable quality loss. IE, the quality of what you buy from a digital store is far superior to what you would download for free from p2p (even at the same bitrate).
There is also that whole supporting the labels thing, but that is a different thread.
For a psy-trance/full-on DJ, this might not be as useful. 99.9% of the music is released on CD anyways, so there is less of an advantage to buying previously-vinyl tracks digitally (since there are few!). But considering the huge cross-over of psy-prog styles with progressive house (most of which is only on vinyl aside from the occasional Hadshot or YSE licensed comp), this is something amazingly useful for the prog-nuts like Zombi or myself.

10x for the promotion
That address will work but the correct URL is www.resonantearth.com
It's also a digital label with exclusive material, and as well as free downloads there is FLAC and 320k mp3 for sale.
Not much progressive/house and more psychedelic madness though.

Must be - I think it comes with a free hummer too.
They only use Fedex for their shipping right now, which is prohibitively expensive. AFAIK, they are changing that in the near future so the cost will go done significantly. Still sort of defeats the point of a digital store, IMO.
But you still don't have to pay any extra shipping charges just to download from the site.

Hmm too bad I'm not finding much on there.
I'm still waiting for the .wav shops, or labels who would sell me CD-R's with some single tracks from albums I don't like enough to buy. For example, I really enjoyed Tristan's Fortean Times, Ticon's Play that Dirty Piano, and S>Range's On a Mission, but the rest of the source release wasn't good enough to make it high on my 'to-buy' chart... there's only so much money to spend, and buying MP3s seems stupid (even at high quality).
If there's any people with rights to tracks out there who would like to /msg me about selling some singles, I'd be up for it.

Actually, beatport seems to have some of the stuff I'm looking for... too bad for the asinine flash interface and that shipping rate, but there's hope.

I have four of the songs on other releases and most of the rest was just, ehn, whatever... usual stuff from them, I guess. Hallucinogen vs IM wasn't to my liking, and only the Tristan track has really stuck with me. It'd be easy to get a copy from a friend but I'd like to buy it somehow if possible.

Just a tip
Look for FLAC shops instead and get down the filesize to 60% with a bit-by-bit copy after uncompressing.¨
I think it's unlikely that there will be much shops and customers prefering to transfer files almost double size when a GUI decompression software is free and about 200k.
There is a few of the shops offering FLAC already.
