No, I wouldn't say so. It's a film noir actually, but it's set in hollywood.

Ok. Lead character A is a private investigator who tries to solve a crime that has something to do with lead character B. Lead character B is supposed to be the first actor who ever played the role of superman.
Apart from that i've already given away half the film's title... or more than half ... 9/13 actually, or 69,23% if you prefer
