I'm looking into getting a new sequencer program and I keep reading threads about Logic vs Cubase but does anyone have any experiance with Mark Of The Unicorns Digital Performer? How does it compair to the others? And while I'm on the subject: If I'm mainly looking at having a software studio on my computer and not much peripheral hardware can I get away with just having Logic Gold and not platinum (I'm cheap  ) What would I be missing with gold in this kind of setting? Any recomendations?
