hi guys , can u explain me how does the motu 828 works with a console , and how you make this work with the computer
I saw many live acts that use this , but i dont know how does it works
i only use a usb interfase and it works fine , so what are the advantages of the motu and with what program this is used

well 1st it have 8 i/o that alow ya to connect to consoles
2nd it have adat that already alow ya to expand i/o with digital consoles
3rd u have firewire that alow ya to mounth those motu 24 i/o modules that will expend i/o even more
to synchronise just set synth's to "external midi" sync
and about softs...
any sequenser will work with it
cubase/logic/digital preformer
u just set output ch for vst for example and ur vst flows to console for further mix
its verry good sound card if u ask me
