I wish to know the most underground or not comercial at all chill out artists.
I like chill out music in all their varieties but just wanted to know what artists are doing something new, experimental or different in this escene.
all the proposals are really wellcome

well, I personally do not care about under/overground. It doesn`t mean anything to me and imo is no characterisation / implication for good/bad music.
But most experimental for me are the Legendary Pink Dots, some of their tracks could be considered as chill out music.

"Z Lisu" by Irukanji - the last (and hopefully not least) release of sentimony rec. is amazing and exactly what you need
brilliant piece. i love it and been overtaken by it immediately after my first listen.
what beautiful music these ukrainians make. you have to try it.           https://www.facebook.com/lotusfeetrecs | http://soundcloud.com/younion

Søvnigt Sind - Tell A Vision

This is a great release. I think it fits with the underground or experimental tags. I love it!

i'd recommend to look outside the "psy chill" scene if you're looking for experimental ambient or down tempo music.

f.e.

social interiors: the world behind you
social interiors: traces of mercury

also lots of contemporary classical music and early electronic music are way more experimental than psy chill.

start with:

OHM: the early gurus of electronic music (3cds)

or f.e.

eigth blackbird: strange imaginary animals

i don't have the time now to add links. do yourself a favour and use google. if that's
too much to ask then you're not worth it

One of my favorite artists is Jeremy Bible from Akron, Ohio. He runs a net label called Experimedia, where you can find loads of more experimental/ambient artists.

He's released some works on Resting Bell, as well, which is another netlabel from Berlin that features many more experimental artists.....
