i love bizarre contact, system nipel, electro sun, eskimo. my favorite track is Bizarre Contact - Out Of Your Love. i feel a rush of euphoria everytime i hear it. It has a lot of changes/progressions in the music which give a dynamic sound. what are more artists that have a lot of changes in their tracks?

first off u have really good taste, those are all my favorites  most psy today lacks any heart and thes are the exceptions, heres some other artists i recommend u check out and my favorite tracks: sesto sento(people,disconnecting),synsun(black and white), space cat(kreak part 2), protoculture(oceanic, who are you), psydrop(fantasy seeds),alien project(yellow blaze, the race)...let me knwo what u think |

Tight sound is cool,
Good mastering never kill dynamics, instead can make a mix sound powerfull, and in extreme cases can make a weak musician sound like a master. In the other hand wrong use of mastering can kill the mix and dynamics of course, making all sound boring and tired. This is a matter of good mastering and bad mastering. Of course in todays psytrance sound there is a trend of using distortion a lot, but that just give us some very good harmonics, ear candy stuff on the digitally created instruments, since we are not recording real bass players, are we?.

not only this, but a style where you have a kick stomping throughout the whole music can't be described as "dynamic".
