Nice one, I dig your basslines. Unfortunately, it's not prominent in the mix. Try lowering everything else a bit.
It's a nice pretty song, but where's the aggressiveness? Where is the tension? Trance is a lot about the ride a song gives, and this seem all in one direction..
Many producers use the single tone bassline (without progression) during the verses of the track in order to build up tension and expectations, and also short loop the melodies until they become rhythm patterns. As the track progresses, you can open up the loops to reveal these nice tunes, going the direction you want.
Towards the end, it seems to loose even more energy: imagine you were playing this on the dancefloor, when the track is finishing do you think you would like to hear more of the track, or are you just glad it's over to bring on the next one?
Also remember: drum fills, drum rolls, etc.
I also believe you didn't use any reversed kicks: they can bring a new level of extra bite to the track, with that sucking motion. Really nice for breaks.
