serious clipping going on either you need to fix your levels or if you have a limiter on it check your settings somethings bitching up your sound quality its hard to review the rest with that problem but it sounds to me that your production is good underneath the distortion

yep levels too high, also compression is too high and it's clipping on entries and raising the non-beat breaks... Besides that, quite good one

thanx for the comments....i hav a home production and also dont hav knowledge regarding the mastering
I am actually looking out for some advice/guidance on gadjets to be used for perfect combination....

Better do not put any compressors / limiters on master channel before you don't earn some knowledge about this kind of stuff 
Try to stay with some -5dB even to -7dB on output when rendering the track, this will help the mastering guy when making his job laterly. And always be careful compressing sounds in the mix.
