Wow, am I the only one here who was at that party? There were lots of good people...
Anyway, everything I read about the Moonsoon parties here in the forum was more or less there -
- a bit expensive (90 shekels presale).
- a big line that looks like the TLV outside, and we had to push our way through and got pretty upset about that. AND they didn't let my friend bring his beers in which got us even more upset. they did let us bring as much water as we wanted.
- the place was in a nice nature spot, a valley between trees, nicely decorated, but surrounded by fences (actually I thought that would bother me a lot more, but they fenced out a large area and it wasn't that bad).
- the music was a bit too powerful at night for me (and for my friends).
- BUT... after saying all that, it was an excellent crowd, good vibes, the music at the morning was pretty good (especially after 9am, when there was a very good karahana, until 10:30 that's when we left), only a pitty the sprinklers didn't work so it was a bit dusty.
All in all, even though at the beginning we were promising ourselves never to go to another Moonsoon party, it was actually a very good one, if you are prepared to pay some and to be in a fenced area. My conclusion is that if I come then either come early (before 3am), or to come late (after 5am). O, and I spoke with someone who said they wanted 50 shekels for enrance at 7am.
cheers |

as far as I know, tyohar was playing there at the beginning.
btw lookylooky, indeed you were the only one here who was there. I believe moonsoon prod. don't wanna get to this forum, in any way, and it is their right and their crowd's right to remain "intact".
please remember that next time, although I enjoyed reading your review...

True, it was an authorized party.
As far as I know, line up included Guyshanti as well as Tyohar.

Yep, the cops did ruin the atmosphere..
Had a hard time figuring out how come there were so many of them and why the hell weren't they leaving.
That said, the party felt pretty nice, really cool crowd, good vibe and nice music during the morning.
Got some pics i'll post tomorrow.

Got there, saw the cars, saw the fences, saw the cops, saw the projectors, saw the price, so I left

Oran: it's not a big hush hush event for sure. that's not what I meant and not my point.
but I know that the people that come there do not like publicity and exposure too much, and that's their right. we can respect it or not, it's up to us.
in fact, they also write on the flyer "no pics please" , probably because people complained about it.

Publicity and exposure are very hard to get in this kind of event with SO MANY PEOPLE (wich I really dont think you can say you know them)

"MASHARA" and it's really bad that this scene is becoming like this...
