Hi folks,
Here are some snaps from the monthly FullMoon Rave that takes place in one of the remote islands of Thailand named Koh Phangan. Am sure a lot of the israelis are very familiar with that place coz everytime I go down the place is flooded with 'em..

Since I work in thaiand, I'm down there very frequently.. most of these are a bit old - ranging between 2003-2004. While that place doesn't really get its share of big DJs - the music nonetheless, is some of the best from around the world. There's a long shorline lined up with bars & clubs playing the most diverse choice of music.. simply walk in and take your pick.
Recommended psy clubs: Vinyl & Zoom on the beach, Backyard up on the hilltop running parallel to the beach and Harmony (for late afternoon chillout).

The best time to be here is August-March. Rest of the year the crowd just thins out. Some of the wildest parties happen during Sept-Oct and the whole of Christmas week leading upto the New Year.

Now they've also started off Halfmoon, Quartermoon and Blackmoon parties - though am not sure of the crowd it gets. Some of the seasonal months the island receives crowds in excess of 20 thousand

It's COOL and it's MONTHLY - that's the best part about it. Other than partying around, you can indulge in a wide variety of water sports all the time - canoeing, jet-skis, snorkelling, deep-sea diving etc.. Can also go mountain biking and trekking all around the island. Plenty of hills and unexplored territories. If nothing else satisfies you, simply spend the lazy afternoon on the beach listening to the sun-drenched chillout vibes while sending up a sweetly aromatic cloud of some of the best hash from India

This wasn't at just one party - these were from several parties during 2003-2004.. mostly around Septermber '03 - March '04.. now don't ask me the exact dates

I was too confuzzled with ultra-potent combination of hallunicogens - trippin my ass off

At least was able to click the shutter - though I've no clue which was when.. put them all together in a gallery much later.

But anyways, as I said earlier - this event is monthly.. happens without fail every single month of the year.. but the crowd depends on season. Aug-Mar is the best time to be there.
