Do you like trance monotonic and easy to remember (kitsch)
or
Colorful with lots of lines and rhythms than with surprises. (masterpiece)
(?)

i like it mono-colorful (strictly-increasing) with white fluffy balls, stripes and a limit from n --> infinity (1^2 + 2^2 + 3^2 + ... n^2)/n^3, with volume V=4/3pi*r^3... this is my point of view while reading a book!

At dancefloor I like surprises, groove, fat basslines and fierce kicks with a bit of psychedelia... It must be joyful to dance...
At home or with headphones I like also more proggy stuff at the volume 4/3pi*r^3 that shrOM just mentioned. It´s killer!

For me Psy trance is specific (and pleases me) because it precisely displays these two aspects. By my definition Psy Trance is monotonic (trance aspect) and colorful (psychedelic aspect).
