Hey guys,
I'm needing some help deciding which monitors to buy, I know they have to be active right? I was looking at the Dynaudio BM6A but they are over my budget (£975.99 in digital village uk) So I would like your help in what monitors to buy, I can say that I don't want to spend more than £600 on monitors.
Cheers
p.s. what is the website of sound on sound which has selling 2nd hand stuff? can't find that on the main webpage. thanks again

Hi
I have the DynaudioBM6A... and I will take them to my grave. I really recommend you to spend more to get the speakers for you live instead of buying a compromise to spend more money later again when you find out that you are not happy with your monitors...
If you don't get the BM6A.. maybe get the mackie HR824 (or similar)... and if not those get the genelec 1031... which are more expensive than the dynaudio...
www.thomann.de maybe you find them cheaper there..
I honestly can not recommend any other speaker anymore since I listened to those three pairs...
Have a nice choice...

I´ve got the alesis active mk2, they are quite cheap (£260 digitall village), im very happy whith them, and they are widely used and know for monitoring
mackie or genelec are also great choice but the price will be much higher
i also know some ppl that own the berhinger truth (about £290) and they are really satisfied with them |
