The adams have ribbon tweeters ... read up a little on the ribbon tweeter sound, they are known to be very accurate .... maybe too bright with the high frequency sometimes.
The dynaudio has a silk dome tweeter which has a reputation to be smooth and accurate enough.
Audition both thats the ideal way to choose. I dont think you can go wrong with either though both are very well regarded.

infected silence , none of those monitors are good , its better to save up and buy better monitors instead of buying cheaper ones and selling them later. Another thing to consider is they take time to get used to. Set your heart on a decent pair and aim to buy it. goodluck

I wold go with what Mute said but I found my self in a low budget position and know where you are comming from so I got my self the KRK Rokit R6.
Now, with these Im ok on the creation stage but when I get to mixing I usually add a low cost subwoofer I've got to add some more sub frequencies cos these monitors dont reproduce accuratley under 45Hz.
All the best. |
