i believe its totally disrespectful to post in order to make promotion of your party in someone else topic, even writing such a nice words as you have (good luck ) please bro we all know what was the intecion of your posting

let me tell you what is a reason to get dissapointed, to come to a FREE party where you have few of the best djs of ny and outsiders, and not showing any kind of support and respect to all those people who are out there trying to make it happen, by the way all those parties you have gone to besides paying entrance there something called drink sales ! the question is . how do you expect to have quality and international djs if there isnt DRINK quantity??? thats how we get those places by offering drink bussines and giving our best behind the mix ,there are many orgz who have ended up paying sales from their pockets,being an orgz its hard work ... PLEASE SAY NO TO BATHROOM WATER !!! just an opinion ..

^im not disappointed but i just am tired of the lack of quality.sorry but i dont really get your response but its ok.
i wasnt implying anything to ur group i just mentioned in general that too many orgz spoil the broth
but if everyone else finds the soup tasty then dance on

Hey people whats happening? seems like some party organizers start to be greedy , that is a natural thing , its not ego , its just 2 partys in the same date , well , that happens in all the big cities of the world , in sao paulo there are 32049383290 partys the same day , and the people assist to the party they most like .
making 2 partys the same day means 1 thing : the scene its getting bigger .
hope everything is ok , these partys are just for you people ,

i think they ment that ,how are you expecting to get all your demands done if besides fee of the djs, promotion,and all those little details, they have to pay from their own pockets for us to enjoy ..
easy example . do you pay rent ? well if you do then you know what i mean.
water bathroom means .. spend some money ! put it this way ,how would you be able to get places if you dont garanty any kindda bussines ..

What I think MP is saying is that if you drink bathroom water or don't buy enough alcohol-containing drinks, then you are "not showing any kind of support and respect to all those people who are out there trying to make it happen".
I think its a bit of a stretch, but in general, if its a free or almost free party, and you can afford to, have a few damn drinks... helps orgz alot

discussion aside: where are the mods to DELETE Kri's completely classless post. this thread is about monitoring project party. go start your own party thread and let people decide for themselves.
Anyway this lineup looks tight and I will try to make it for this if i can get to NYC.

I am going to have to completely disagree with you mr. zero.
Regardless of whether Kri's post was classless or not, it was ON topic, and should stay there. If someone decides to go to Kri's party instead after viewing this topic, tough shit for MP. I can understand if Kri made a completely off base post like "This party sucks, come to my party instead", but that is not the case.

whoa....... i think people need to settle down here a bit.
kri is a good friend of mine and we have played many parties together over the years. i think he was just expressing amusement that we happen to be djing in nyc on the same night, albeit at two different venues. it is sad that many people immediately assume the worst, and jump to the conclusion that he was intentionally cross-posting the other event to draw people away from this one.
to be sure, it is a bit unfortunate there are two parties going down the same night, but in a city as big as NYC this is a fact of life.
my only hope is that BOTH events are successful, that people have fun, dance in unity , and transcend some petty message board drama! |

i didnt mean to post my first post on too many orgz in response to Kri's post on the other party..i didnt even notice that till all the hulabbalooo started about it..
i dont see any harm in it at all actually.
my issue still is with too many fragmented orgz all over the city doing lil things instead of big
end of story.

anyways... monitoring project rocks. Chris has his events planned very well, and yes eventually will be making massive ones. Consecutive smaller events usually lead to big ones. all the best to chris and the mp crew.
