hello people!
i have a question tou you freaks here!

i want to change my m-audio bx8 monitors they served me pretty well i like them but i want to get something better!

i saw a good price for the krk rp8 and read some good reviews but is it realy an improvement over the bx8?

what would you buy? im near the 1000e price range!

Hey, if you know your monitor(know=1year+)and you have good results with this monitor, stay with it till you have more $$$ to buy better monitor such as Genelec,Yamaha,Adam,Dynaudio...
a good near field monitor its very importen in the studio.

if you realy need to buy monitor's cuz you can't wait or somthing like that...Krk,Tannoy and Mackie sound's real good for there price to my opinion.

if you looking for punchy monitor the Mackie HR824
has great sound

btw what size is your studio ? and for what do you need this monitor(main monitor for working with sound, create music, movie pro...) ???

I have a pair of Rokit powered 6 & they are very good for the price so i can assume the Rokit 8's will be good too..

But if you have a budget of 1000 euros maybe you should go for Dynaudio BM5a unless you're looking for bigger monitors in which case save up more for the BM6a!
