Never heard the mackie monitors but when my friends upgraded from a yamaha 01R mixer (which we thought sounded great) to a analogue mackie console the sound got even better.
Mackie is Quality with a capital Q.
Anyway I think I am going off topic here, and I started this thread in order to get opinions from people about monitors, on how they sound and which is the ideal for psy trance.
but as 5Meo-Geo correctly stated above the best judge should be the ears of a potential customer.

Compare the price range from the Mackies to the Behringers is like to compare a BMW 3 series with a 7 series ,its 4 times the price man ,the budget is what counts here
