moglix 9/7/04 + ohm beach

part 1 - moglix:
This was one GREAAAAT party!!! + a wonderful after party.
so we got to moglix at about 6:00 am to a gorgeous amazing location: easy digging area + beautiful view + lovely trees everywhere. the deco was nice but with a view like that i barely noticed it.
psychotic micro were in the middle of their set and i started digging immediately to their very powerful and energetic set.
after that, exaile came on and they too gave a killer set which i really enjoyed.
then zion came on and his music was electric, hypnotic, and soretet. that was also really fun, and it was nice cause it was a different kind of fun.
i think there were about 600 ppl (maybe more, maybe less - i'm not that good at estimation) and almost all of them were good ppl.
thank u moglix - u did a great job w/ the location, music, and ppl. and moshe, happy birthday.
oh, and i took a zillion pictures which i'll post hopefully tonight.
part 2 - ohm beach:
so we left at the very end of moglix and went to the kineret to a beach called ohm beach (which is where golan beach used to be). we didn't have to pay entrance to the beach (u just say at the entrance that ur going to ohm beach). we arrived at a beautiful beach with grass and trees and hammocks (arsalim) and comfortable beach chairs and beds and tables and an indoor zula w/ matresses (in short a wonderful beach). when we arrived there was really great and special chillout music playing. some kind of electronic indian dub/drum and base/breakbeat music which was very calming and nice to listen to. the dj (who was also the maker of this music) said he goes by the names: liquid noise, oxymoron, and catharsis (i may be wrong about any of these names cause i'm not sure i remembered correctly).
we picked a shady spot and the waitress brought over some chairs and a table (what service!). we happily sat and ordered food and drink which was brought to where we were sitting. at about 5:00pm (and also for a short while a little before to make wizard lizard happy) the music was switched to trance and even though i was dead tired by then i still found some energy to dance a little cause it was really good music. also the ppl at the beach were great and the main feeling i got was that the ppl who opened this beach did it mainly for the fun, because this was like the most uncommercial private beach ever. i think anyone who didn't go to this beach after the moglix party missed out. but luckily for those ppl, this wasn't a one time deal, it's there every weekend (and i think during the week too).
so from now on, i'm definitely going to ohm beach after a party in the north and i recommend that everyone else do the same - it's like a partier's paradise. (btw, we heard about it in the isratrance forum about party promotions - http://forum.isratrance.com/viewtopic.php/topic/39715/forum/7 )
oh, and unfortunately i din't take any pics of the beach - maybe next time (in 2 weeks).

ha, cyberboof, u're wrong. i asked one of the organizers and he said there were about 600 paying ppl. this means there were prolly around 650-700 ppl. |
