for all you trollers outhere, when the forum ceases to exist you will eventually troll to other places.
finally me and other moderators who work for free will stop cleaning your mess, crap and bulshit. some of you thought you were funny?you weren´t. you took a lot of our time and resources, and probably the mods and the team are sick of so much crap.
only when the forum ceases to exist maybe some of you will give the deserved value this forum and its significance had in the psyculture.
yes isratrance is sufering a slowing death. maybe it will come faster then you think. sides apart from certain conflictuos figures and trollers i had a lot of fun in almost 10 years. my time to continue in here will soon come to an end.
the forum will continue with or without me, it will continue with our without some users. it will be online until the owners of this place decide what do with the forum.
only time will tell what will happen.
think about it before making complaints of what should be correct or wrong, or fixed or this and that.we are a small mods team more than ever, trying to keep this place alive, agaisnt all the odds, and if you really want to see a better place/comunitie, be yourselves the change you want to see

Hi a3k, I messaged Detox to make me a mod again (this is Rich, ex-trance section and NA section mod).
He no longer has super-mod, priveleges. Could you, or someone you can contact with those privs enable me to be mod again. I don't know why, but I figure I'm here everyday these days, so may as well do something productive and not just be a distraction

I hosted a bulletin board on a 56k modem when i was 15 years old , before html gave birth to the internet as we know it today. How long have you been coming to isratrance?
I recently persuaded my mom to buy herself a new cellphone and i recommend an Iphone because it's user-friendly and i wanted to her experience how magnificent our technology has become. bare in mind she comes from a time when Radio broadcasting was invented. She was an adult when televisions was invented. she had a really old nokia.
At first the new Iphone was scary , but now she loves it and use the googleMAPS to navigate and send e-mail and that techy jazz.
I assume majority isratrance users love technology because they like psytrance which, imo, was pioneering electronic music technology.
Not sure WHY conservative ppl resist change?

How much traffic has 199.203.52.202 had since the forum started? Definitively it is impressive amount of hits. REALLY? HOW MUCh? astonishing amounts.
Much MUCH respect to the team and moderators for surviving so long, you certainly deserve it.. I'd like to be more optimistic but we can interpolate the trends to make a prediction and if isratrance do not adopt new technology innovations like HTML5 it WILL end.

1) I wont mind looking at advertisement if it will give moderators and development crew a financial incentive to improve this site.
in otherwords; If it means that moderators will benefit, with money, then i will watch shitty advertisement. genuine. We need more passionate humans, like you, on earth.
2)This site should be more tolerant (or say "welcoming" or "promoting") to all trance genres, not just psy. Trance will never die! as long as we have a heart beat. its alive and kicking.
Even if its old tribal stuff.
3) please incorporate more technology, like Pole Voting. Its so easy to do pole voting in development and users love to click on a quick vote. And I love to see public opinion. I mean' Its such a simple technology to employ in a website. You can use it everywhere. Like and Dislike, there is no patent on that idea , so use it because it works with the public.
How long has isratrance been this exact same interface?
'pole voting is just 1 thing and It's a simple example. you are only limited by your imagination. Employ new technology. be ambitions. 3d webGL
4) please make dick hardman a moderator. If you ain't got nothing, you have nothing to loose. -or at least, make a pole vote for community to decide if dick should be moderating. IF you approve democracy of course.
I do not disapprove democracy because the concept of '''the wisdom of the crowd''' has been proven true.

anyways, i liked being a mod, i only didnt signed to take care/baby sit the trolls and the smart asses who think they know everything or have an answer for everything.
even when we banned them they came back?why?why come back to a house when you are not welcome?if it was me i wouldnt come back..is it to release frustration?is because they dont have anything to do with their life? or else bitching all the time because things arent the way they want? shesh..is it so hard to understand that?

I think people here only complained about the lack of cleaning up example the country sections. Scandinavia is not the only one flooded with those spam posts. Almost every country section is heavily spammed.

This happened because when we asked for potential moderators couple of years ago noone raised his hand to offer himself for the position. Unfortunately sections dont get "cleaned" automatically.
Anyway the damage is now done and there is no way to repair it especially since the people that hold the keys to this place are more or less inactive. Even if somebody had the time and will to do something with this place he doesnt have the authorization to do so.

a3k you are trolling according to the many definitions that can be found in various dictionaries. Its a pretty lame term to use, but since people have created it as a real term then the mods should clarify its meaning. Its a subjective term just like psychedelic and lots of responses are emotional responses when your talking psytrance, no?
When a post isn't the same viewpoint as the mods, the mods pulls the troll card. This forum needs better mods who are willing to use a higher intellect than the term trolling. Everything is trolling according to how the mods abuse the term.
