Hi, I didn't know where or whom to post this to so its here. Hopefully in the right place. 
I was wondering if its possible to look for articles in the search area by the members name?
I mean, is there anyway i could use the Search and find all the posts written by a particular member?
I know some of them have 1000s of posts but a person should be able to narrow down their search according to their needs.
Am i making any sense? 
If there is a facility already available, please tell me.

In the search page you have an author field (bottom right). Enter the name of the user you want and you can get his posts.
If you also put words in the search field (top line) you can narrow the search.
If you want to find only the topics that user has started, select 'search in subject' in the search in option (center right)
