Moby and Zero 7???

Hi all!
I have a small question here. Are Moby and Zero 7 ambient or chill out, or not that at all??? They look like ambient, i guess... If i'm wrong don't kill me!

Well Moby has done some ambient tunes in his long career but none of these artists really qualify as "ambient".
Moby's Style i would have to call FREESTYLE -
he has done all kinds of techno from Trance to Drum&bass and today is making freestyle commercial tracks for commercials....
Zero 7 is basically TRIP HOP but to be more accurate it's "contemporary Lounge music",
which you are most likely to hear in your neighborhood coffehouse. |

Moby did some really good ambient stuff in his short but fruitfull career. "God moving over the face of the waters", "Into the blue" and "When it's cold i'd like to die" from his "Everything is wrong" album and the wonderful "Guitar Flute & String" from "Play" album to name a few.
