If you'll find a software that can mix music automatically, what you are going to do during the set ?
Anyway you can try Native Instrument's DJ Traktor. It has BPM detection and you can prepare a whole set and save it.          "a new art came into my mind which only you can create, the Art of Noises, the logical consequence of your marvelous innovations." Russolo, 1913

If you want soemthing that will match bpm easily and save it as a wav to burn to cd then yes Traktor DJ Studio is fine, but it really gives the wrong impression of what true dj'ing does, and it isn;t perfect, I stuffed around with it for a few years before getting my proper gear, and it is a poor man's attempt at dj'ing, yes you can get a great mix out of it, but there is no skill whatsoever... so much more pleasure in recording your mix from viny or cdj's and knowing you spent a lot of time and energ coming out with it... traktor is McDonald's for dj's...

Final Scratch is great. I use it the last year and a half and it really solved all my problems. No need to carry heavy record or cd bags anymore. And the flexibility it gives you is brilliant. I have more than 4000 tracks in my laptop and i can change styles without any worries when there is a need for that. But again it doesn't mix by itself. You have to do it.

The last years with the new products(mixers, cd players) that can detect the bpm's djing became an easy thing(technically) for anyone.
Automated mixing programs(if we started using them outside our homes) they will definitely kill djing. Already there are so many bars and cafes all over that used to have dj's(more jobs, more money, more development) but now they already use automated mixing programs. If we help the bar-cafe-club owners on this, we just commit a djing suicide.
