'Virtual Turn Tables' (VTT) from 'Carrot bla bla bla something' i don't remeber the name of developer. It uses hotkeys (u can bind keyboard to pitch, crossfader, volume, effects), makes images of songs (eg if u once loaded a song VTT will remember BPM, last pitch and volume level). 10 bindings for Que. Supports MP3, wav.
Also MJStudio - rather nice if u have fast cpu.

If you mix mp3 or wavs there are 2 programs that do exactly what u need under Linux OS. you need 2 Audio cards or a card with multiple Audio Outputs (Envy24 Chipset for example) the names are: GDAM and TerminatorX they both have effects and pitch options, crossfaders etc. search for them the WWW. you can control them with external midi controller afaik.
the windows programs have already been mentioned. Traktor seems to be very promissing
