That's actually two synths. A combination of FM 8 going through Cyanide and Rapture (internal distortion and processing).

Too much for my taste. It sounds distorted. But you get the idea.

Aha! None of that really ever got finished. Hardware studios were a bitch to keep track of more than one concurrent track. And of course we got bored of working on one track after a while. usually before it was finished!
