Just seen UFC117 and gotta say, Sonnen put a clinic on Silva. What a fight!!! I don't watch for so many years but it's definitely one of the best fights I've ever seen. Stuff the movies are made from. Amazing fight!

Heres a pic of me when I was 11 or 12 about to break a board with a jump side kick. I eventually was able to jump over 5 people and break 3 boards.
