well, disappointing.. Rampage should have finished rashad.. i jumped and yell: killlllll himmmm kill the phucker, but rampage ran out of gas..
bisping miller was ok, not quite we expected..
Brillz (who the hell is this guy) ruined Nogueira, but as pride tradition- Nogueira's always winnin with the judges..
Duffee is just a big well build pussy, and roussoue showed it!
well, next one liddell Vs franklin.. should be good.. meanwhile ill stick to pride re-runs.

So does anybody here actually take martial arts training?
I'm deciding whether to take up kickboxing (lots of contact) or kung fu (little contact, mostly form).
I can't get into the whole grappling thing. I know in a street fight it almost always comes to this, but I'd rather take a guy out on my feet if possible (so I can run away if necessary!).
Actually I want to take up martial arts for the fitness aspect primarily.
