tried to post a few threads about this. always get deleted... guess some ppl try to hide the truth .
so here it goes:
lets say there`s a very big artist in the scene. one of the biggest even. now this artist can only be booked for live shows... no dj set. so this guy charges you lots of money for his name. than he poses the condition of "only live" which ofcourse costs more. than the guy comes in plugs his laptop presses play on his made-at-home set and acts for 2 hours like he`s giving a live show.
some orginizers know it some don`t... most of them think : "what do i care if h`es ripping me off the crowd doesn`t know and likes the music all the same and $$$ r rolling in."
do u think it`s ok?
do u even care ?
do u think party orginzers should care or should they only think about profit?
and what do u think of an artist who does it?
  if u dig deep enough u just might reach the sky...

maybe your posts get deleted because the specific subject has been discussed soooo many times...
If u try and search a little u'll find many answerts about it!!
Personally i dont mind, as long as what comes to my ears, satisfies me
